 <li>"Tabular Format" focused on mood representation</li>
 <li>"List Format" emphasizing comments</li>
 <li>"Grid Format" showcasing images</li>

 <li>Swipe left or right to navigate between months</li>
 <li>Long press for swift or detailed mood registration</li>
 <li>Switch to "Weekly Format" by tapping on a specific day</li>
 <li>Tap the tabulation area at the bottom for a "Total Screen" view</li>
